How Do I Schedule A Class?
It’s easy! We have a user-friendly and extremely secure software system to assist you in reserving a class. Download the Mindbody app, sign in using your *email as username and set up a password. Use the app to schedule, purchase and track your visit history. With your Mindbody account you can sign up with the app OR sign up directly from our website. If you forget your password or need more information, please send us an email.

* If you’ve purchased classes, an account has already been created for you, DO NOT create a new one. Simply use the email address we have on file to log in and set up a password.

I Purchased a VIP Membership Online, Now What?
Your membership will be activated within 24 hours of signing up! Once you get an email that we’ve activated your account you can begin attending all your favorite classes! *If you haven’t received an email after 24 hours please call 541-241-2339.

Please note that for security purposes, your card is not stored when you purchase our VIP Membership online. Please bring your payment of choice on your first visit so we can set up a monthly auto pay for you. *You card will not be charged again, first payment will be 30 days from sign-up date.

Do I have to sign up online to attend a class?
No, but we strongly recommend it! For one signing up ahead of time guarantees you a spot in the class, and second it helps our trainers plan great classes for you! Other perks include a seamless check in process once you arrive, and reduced traffic jams in our studio lobby.

If I haven’t created a password for my Mindbody account can I still attend classes?
Yes, but we highly recommend that you set up your password as soon as possible! Without it, you will not be able to sign up for classes ahead of time, and are not guaranteed a place in class. The same goes for anyone who is new to our studio- you are welcome to come try a class without using Mindbody, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee you a spot.

What If I can’t make it to class?
We offer a 60-minute cancellation period. If you can’t make it to class, simply log into your account and cancel your reservation. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 60 minutes before class starts. We enforce this policy to ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to reserve a class. Please DO NOT CALL to cancel your class. All cancellations must be done online through your account on Mindbody. This helps prevent any miscommunication or missed calls/messages. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

For our Clients on punch cards, or drop-ins if you DO NOT cancel 60 minutes before class you will lose that class. For our VIP Members, we value your membership and will not charge you for a late cancelation, but please be considerate of other members by following our policy. J

What If Class Is Full?
You can add yourself to the wait-list for any class that is fully booked. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via email. You will then be able to opt into the class or decline.

What if I need to cancel OR hold my VIP Membership?
For cancelations please submit an email request to Suze at at least 10 days before your next billing cycle.

For holds please submit an email request to Suze at at least 10 days before to your next billing cycle. Please include the start date of your membership hold, it DOES NOT have to be the same as your billing date.   We can hold memberships in 30-day increments, up to 3 times per calendar year. Membership holds are not pro-rated.
