Goal Setting with Success!

This is the time of year when many of us decide to set new fitness goals, but very few of us follow through. Why is this?

When we set a new goal we are full of enthusiasm and sometimes even overly ambitious. While having ambition is a an admirable quality, being SO ambitious that your goals are way out of reach can be daunting and often can lead to failure. The good news is reaching your goals is not impossible!

Try breaking your big goals into smaller, more attainable goals. Also, be specific, and wright them down. Maybe your big goal is to lose 30 lbs. Break it up, try starting with 10 lbs. and once you get there, reward yourself and go for the next 10 lbs. Make sure to set a time frame and stick with it!
